All lots for sale includes public water and sewer, cable, electric, and gas. Also attached is a current price list, the set back requirements, and a brief outline of the Covenants and Deed Restrictions.
If you would like to set up an appointment to see the lots, we would be happy to meet with you and would also have our Architect/Engineer available for your questions. Please note that Willow View is now open to all builders subject to plans and specifications being approved.
